Nurse Supervisor (Registered Nurse) – $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Full Time – 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
  • Be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation, and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Maximize management opportunities while on assigned shift.
  • Effectively manage resources and promote a team‑like atmosphere.
  • Comply with educational requirements while promoting a climate of learning.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff members.
  • Implement the staffing plan for your scheduled shift.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the rehabilitation goals.
  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs.
  • Ensure that medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
  • Maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events.
  • Teach and counsel patients/families.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (li>
  • BLS is required at hire.
  • ACLS is required prior to completion of orientation.
