Job Summary – The graduate nurse has a temporary Registered Nurse permit from the state of Wisconsin and works under the guidance of a Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse. The Graduate Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients under the direct supervision of an RN, primarily for adult patients.
Education Requirements – Completion of a minimum of two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing, eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure Requirements – Current temporary permit to practice as a Graduated Nurse in the State of Wisconsin. Must not have failed the NCLEX exam.
