Position Details- Case Mix:
Diverse cases including general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, OB, and more, excluding cardiac cases. - Regional Anesthesia:
Optional opportunity to perform regional anesthesia techniques. - Schedule Options:
Flexible choices of 7x70, 4x10, or 3x13 shifts, accommodating various lifestyle needs. - Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.
The position offers a competitive starting salary of $220,000 for new graduates, with potential for higher earnings based on experience.
- Overtime: $200/hour (time and a half after 40 hours, block system) with no cap on earning potential and ample open shifts.
- Sign‑On Bonus & Relocation: $35,000 for a 2‑year commitment or $50,000 for a 3‑year commitment.
- Vacation & Sick Leave: 160 hours starting vacation and 52 hours (7 days) of sick leave.

Education:
40 hours of paid CE time. - Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays annually.
- Retirement Plan: 403(b) with 6% mandatory contribution and 8% employer match after 2 years (vested immediately).
- Additional Benefits:
Malpractice insurance and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a valid Wisconsin license or eligibility to obtain one.
