Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI:
Sign-On Bonus Available, $3,500

Community Care is hiring Full‑Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Nursing Assistant / CNA

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
  • Support the health of Community Care program members
  • Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA

Job Requirements:
  • Education:

    High School diploma or GED preferred;
    Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry
  • Experience:

    Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long‑term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

Job Schedule:
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
