Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Azura Hospice (Milwaukee Region)Make a Difference in Someone's Final Journey. At Azura Hospice, we believe in providing compassionate, dignified end‑of‑life care that honors each patient's unique story. We're seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, delivering exceptional care to patients and meaningful support to their families throughout the Milwaukee Region.
Schedule: Full‑time – Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What You'll Do- Provide holistic care:
Deliver skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team:
Work closely with physicians, social workers, and chaplains to create personalized care plans. - Empower families:
Educate and support patients' loved ones with compassion and understanding. - Document with care:
Maintain accurate, timely records to ensure seamless care coordination. - Be a beacon of comfort:
Offer presence, empathy, and advocacy for patients in their home or facility settings.

- Licensure:
Active RN license in Wisconsin (BSN preferred but not required). - Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus. - Compassion: A heart for end‑of‑life care with emotional resilience and empathy.
- Skills:
Excellent assessment, communication, and time‑management abilities. - Flexibility:
Ability to travel locally to patient homes/facilities and participate in on‑call rotations as needed.
