Regional Clinical Director | Wisconsin
Complete Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across our Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced clinical leader who can coach Directors of Nursing, strengthen care practices, and help facilities respond to changing needs.
What You’ll DoPartner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care.
Visit facilities regularly to provide coaching, guidance, and support.
Review clinical trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams put action plans in place.
Support survey preparation, plans of correction, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Assist facilities during leadership transitions and other periods of increased clinical need.
Work closely with regional operations and facility teams to build consistent nursing practices.
Active Wisconsin RN license.
Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.
