Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with IR procedures, monitoring, and recovery processes
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Travel nursing experience highly valued, but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress pre- and post-procedure
• Collaborate with radiology and procedural teams to ensure safe, effective care
• Educate patients and families on procedure preparation and post-care
• Respond to emergencies and complications with prompt clinical intervention
