Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient group from neonates to geriatrics
• Manage all ED diagnoses, including trauma, mental health, and neuro patients
• Stabilize and prepare STEMI patients for transfer to Cath Lab
• Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio, adjusting for acuity as needed
• Implement critical care procedures including TPA and blood administration, procedural sedation, and code blue management

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• 3 years of ED experience in a fast-paced facility
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and IV skills
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Strong triage skills preferred
