American Traveler is hiring a Step Down/Telemetry RN with 2+ years of PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience for a night shift travel assignment requiring WI or compact RN licensure.

• Works in a Telemetry/Step Down unit, potentially floated to PCU or Med/Surg/Tele units based on skill set
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotation required
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

• Care provided to Step Down/PCU and Med-Surg Telemetry patient populations depending on facility need
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by location
• Only one submission permitted per candidate system-wide to Ascension positions
• Candidates should initiate extension conversations with managers approximately 45 days before assignment end date
