Shift and Schedule

• Shift: 3 × 12-hour night shifts (3rd shift)
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Floating: As needed

Job Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide inpatient care primarily to adult patients.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and appropriate nursing judgment.
• Float to other units as needed, within appropriate competencies.

Education

• Required:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Preferred:
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Required License and Certification

• Current Wisconsin RN license or an eligible multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or an AHA-approved equivalent.
