Advocate Health’s Milwaukee-based 8C Abdominal Transplant unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. The role is full-time night shift ), 0.9 FTE, with rotating weekends and holidays, on a 36-hour work week.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care and coordinate patient transitions across the continuum, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and experiences.
