The Milwaukee Brewers Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance and care of the American Family Field Facility. This responsibility includes American Family Field, a 30-acre landscape surrounding the stadium and Helfaer Youth Baseball Facility. The Grounds Crew is a part-time, seasonal position, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through October with winter hours possible.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Professional daily field maintenance
• Set‑up and breakdown of batting practice materials and equipment
• Pre‑game and post‑game field preparations
• In‑game duties and shop work
• Assist with seasonal landscape maintenance
• Maintain Helfaer Little League Field (day, night and weekend shifts required)
• Assist in maintaining a well‑organized, clean, professional looking shop and break room area

The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Grounds Crew department is responsible for the overall care of the American Family Field and Helfaer Field grounds. This position plays an integral role assisting with overall maintenance and care of the 30-acre landscape surrounding American Family Field and Helfaer Youth Baseball Facility.
