Quality Control Manager - Precast/Prestressed Concrete

I'm working with an established precast producer that's looking for a Quality Control Manager to own its QC department. This is a leadership role with real autonomy: you'll build and run the quality program across production, finishing, patching, and mix design, and you'll report directly to the Operations Manager.

• Lead all QC activity for architectural and structural precast products, including inspection, sampling, and testing
• Develop and submit concrete mix designs, and manage the sample and mock-up process
• Run pre-pour and post-pour inspections, embed checks, and fresh/cured concrete and absorption testing
• Oversee daily stressing operations and patching quality
• Prepare the plant for its semi-annual PCI audits
• Hire, train, and develop the QC team, working with production and engineering to prevent issues before they happen

• PCI Level III certification, or the ability to obtain it
• Hands-on experience with architectural precast mix design
• Proven QC leadership in a precast or prestressed plant
• A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to hold standards across the floor
