Part-time Property Manager – Condominiums

From $30.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

• Provide direct management oversight for the condominium property
• Maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of the property
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, tenant and board relations
• Support the maintenance staff and oversee accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3–5 years of residential property experience
• Experience managing condominium properties preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, financial reporting, and executive‑level communication skills
• Customer‑focused professional
