Join Epic as an Artisan Bread Baker to compose and scratch-bake breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in a state-of-the-art facility opened June 2023.

Madison, WI. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread products, including hearth breads, loaves, rolls, buns, and specialty items.
• Collaborate with culinary professionals to create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites.
• Operate baking equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support high level of autonomy and contribute to leadership growth opportunities.

• 2+ years baking experience in a professional kitchen or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large-volume baking experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Available for overnight work and 3rd shift hours.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Relocate to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
