Back‑of‑House Team Member – Kitchen Crew

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order; no sauté pan experience required, paid training included.
• Ensure each dish meets consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately.
• Refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands‑on training.
• Maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow.
• Communicate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam.
• Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications per local, state, and federal regulations.
