Our client, a prominent organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook Server / Grill Cook to join their team. As a Prep Cook Server / Grill Cook, you will be an essential part of the restaurant's production and service teams, supporting the smooth operation of daily culinary activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a well-rounded culinary background, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $18
Shift: 6am-2pm
What’s the Job?- Provide comprehensive coverage for all facets of the restaurant's production and service teams.
- Prepare ingredients and assist in banquet prep to ensure timely service.
- Cook and serve customers with attention to quality and presentation.
- Read recipes accurately and utilize knife skills efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to safety standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in banquet prep cooking preferred.
- Ability to read recipes and demonstrate knife skills.
- Safe serve certification is a plus.
- Open to candidates with minimal experience, including those new to the industry.
- Competitive hourly pay of $18 per hour.
