Part-Time Shift Manager — Theater Dining & Bar Lead

Shift Manager for Indulge at the Skylight:

This is a part-time job, not every week, ideal for someone looking for extra hours. Need an extra $10K/year++ Schedule for the whole year is available for review. Off two months in the summer. Great for someone who is organized, team leader, good with Micros, can supervise staff of 5 or less.

You will need to know and be proficient as a server/bartender for theater patrons of the Broadway Theater Center as you will also do thos duties in conjunction with your job as shift manager.

You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

• Taking orders in a timely manner for the captive theater-goer audience
• be able to cashier, close out tabs on POS system
• Engaging in friendly conversation - many regulars
• Making simple drinks and pour wines
• occasional party set up
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest, washing glassware
• Schedule is typically Wednesday thru Sunday and seasonal. Wednesday day shifts are available, schedule for the entire season is available. Perfect for someone who wants extra income or second job and not work ever week.

• Must be at least
  21 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of60 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
