Responsibilities

Do you have what it takes to be a Market Area Manager with Acosta? If you enjoy working independently, are confident in selling and delivering results, and can build relationships quickly with store leadership and associates, this position may be a great fit. You will be responsible for increasing sales volume through perfect in-shelf execution and product availability for Procter & Gamble
.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and associates.
  • Increase shelf presence of Procter & Gamble items.
  • Resolve out-of-stock issues and execute product merchandising plans.
  • Build store displays and use data to fix problems and implement action plans within a territory of up to 20 store locations (a valid driver’s license is required).
  • Travel as needed; mileage reimbursements are included.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
  • Solid background of relationship building and overcoming obstacles to improve sales.
  • Passion and energy to address shelf availability opportunities at store level every day.
  • Hands‑on mentality to resolve and execute at store level to seek favorable solutions.
  • Persuasive presentation skills, resilience, determination, and flexibility.
  • Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
