Retail Sales Consultant – Milwaukee/Bayview (Bilingual/Spanish)

Position:
Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at Millennium Wireless Technology (MWT), AT&T Authorized Retailer.

Location:

Milwaukee, WI. Full‑time. Entry level. Sales & Business Development.

Pay Range: $32,405 – $80,218 per year. Unlimited commission potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services.
• Upgrade devices, choose plans, and sell accessories.
• Provide home service support for Direct TV.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Native/Bilingual proficiency)
• Minimum of 1 year of proven retail or customer‑facing sales experience
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours each week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on feet all day
