As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross‑trained to support the cash register and may switch to front‑end duties as needed.

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely and in line with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Capable of lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meeting demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required
