We are a fast‑paced, customer‑focused Chrysler/Stellantis dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and internal customers. We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Parts Advisor to join our growing team and deliver a best‑in‑class experience to every customer and technician.

• Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on OEM parts, accessories, and availability for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.
• Prepare and process parts invoices, special orders, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and inventory storage area.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repair order completion.
• Verify incoming stock orders, inspect for accuracy, and properly stock shelves.
• Uphold dealership and Stellantis brand standards for customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with inventory counts and daily parts management tasks as needed.

• Prior automotive parts counter experience preferred (Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of parts cataloging systems (Mopar, Dealer
  
  CONNECT, Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
