Join the Boelter community as a Super Store Associate providing knowledgeable consultation to customers across in‑store, phone, and virtual channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting general showroom operations.

• Assist customers with food service equipment and supply needs, including professional chefs, business owners, and home cooks.
• Process in‑store transactions and phone‑in orders.
• Create quotes and place special orders for non‑stock merchandise and equipment, including timely follow‑up.
• Support inventory monitoring, merchandising, and overall store presentation and recovery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the food service industry; familiarity with equipment and supplies used in restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications; experience with SAP or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is preferred.
