Overview

• Production Associate – Price donations for sale floor, achieve pricing goals, maintain efficient flow and excellent customer service.
• Donation Attendant – Greet donors, accept donations, keep production area organized, deliver outstanding service.
• Sales Floor Associate – Organize sales floor, help customers find items, answer questions, provide Goodwill ambassador service.
• Cashier – Ring up sales, build customer relationships, explain how purchases help people get jobs, ensure positive experience.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Must stand, bend, reach throughout shift with a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must lift, push, pull minimum 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.
