Outside Sales Representative role at Applied Industrial Technologies (FCX Performance/a subsidiary) within the Wisconsin territory. FCX Performance is the premier distributor of highly engineered valves, instruments, pumps and lifecycle services to MRO and OEM customers across diverse industrial and process end markets.

• Grow your territory by bringing in new business and developing repeat business relationships within existing accounts.
• Call on engineers, maintenance personnel and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations to support sales objectives.

• Outside industrial sales experience within the industrial marketplace.
• Knowledge of valves, pumps, instrumentation; experience with flow control products is a bonus.
• Ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Computer skills;
  Profit 21 is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
