Associate Banker – North Shore Bank

• Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance.
• Respond to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensure required forms are completed accurately.
• Provide basic information on consumer loan products; refer potential consumer loan customers to an appropriate individual.
• Perform sales support activities for the sales area of the branch, dedicating on average a minimum of 50% of activities to sales and sales support.
• Assist with teller referrals and production to achieve referral and point goals.
• Support branch operations with office and administrative duties as assigned.

• Experience in retail banking or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and relationship goals.
• Demonstrated integrity, respect, and a commitment to ethical behavior.
