Aftermarket Sales Engineer - Furnace OEM

Facilitate top-line growth of our aftermarket product lines in North America through direct customer contact and support of other sales team members. This is a technical, high-visibility position requiring outstanding communication and customer relationship skills. The position reports to the Director of Sales and will require some travel.

Duties:

Provide quotations for furnace parts and services.

Actively solicit sales of preventative maintenance contracts.

Follow up and renew existing contracts.

Sell controls upgrades.

Assist other team members by providing quotations and processing sales orders.

Coordinate customer project scheduling.

Collaborate with other divisions to provide turnkey solutions to customers.

Maintain all opportunities in Hubspot CRM.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-year technical degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in metals heat treatment.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience.
Understanding and experience with furnaces and thermo-processing.
CRM & ERP experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Passport required.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cohesively with sales, R&D, and engineering teams.
