Sales Consultant

Overview

TEK Solutions is a technology consulting and managed services firm that works with law firms and professional services organizations. We help clients stabilize their IT environments, reduce downtime, and modernize how they operate.

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with managing partners, operations leaders, court reporting groups, and legal‑adjacent service providers. If you understand how to create value through real conversations and follow‑through, you will succeed here.

• Identify and engage prospective law firms and professional service clients
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand operations, bottlenecks, and IT challenges
• Coordinate with the Founder for solution scoping and proposals
• Maintain follow‑up cadence and pipeline visibility
• Attend networking events and professional association gatherings when available
• Close deals and manage relationship handoff to onboarding

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Experience selling services, consulting, legal tech, or professional services
• Ability to manage outreach independently, with consistent follow‑through
• Comfort working in a founder‑led, early‑stage environment
• Understanding of how to sell based on business value and outcomes

This is a commission‑only contracting role with no cap
. Commission is paid on every closed client, and you maintain ownership of the leads you bring in.

Top‑performers can build recurring compensation based on expanding client relationships.

• Remote. Strong preference for Midwest region for in‑person relationship‑building where relevant.
