ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Representative for Jason Marquardt - State Farm Insurance Agency, you grow our agency through meaningful conversations by providing quotes and insurance proposal for prospective new clients and thorough follow up to close sales. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively making needs‑based recommendations to both new and existing clients. Grow your career as you better your community.

- Provide quotes and proposals for new clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct appointments in‑office or virtually with both new & existing clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales required.
- Ability to obtain WI insurance licenses required (Property, Casualty, Life).
- Strong work ethic.
- Competitive Compensation Base salary + commission. Your total compensation will be between $50,000 - $70,000 depending on your personal performance.
