Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and flexible work environment. As a Commercial Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in marketing and broker work, taking the lead on negotiations and managing accounts independently. This is a higher-level position that offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Compensation

Package
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
  • Benefits:
    Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing and broker activities for middle to larger national market accounts, with a focus on social services, healthcare, and assisted living sectors
  • Take ownership of small accounts, working independently without an Account Manager
  • Lead negotiations and ensure successful outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with the social services team and other departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Utilize AMS 360 and Image Right software (preferred but not required) to manage accounts and documentation
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting
  • Licensure/Designations: P&C (Property and Casualty) required
  • Strong understanding of marketing and broker work, with the ability to handle accounts independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Local candidates preferred, with the ability to commute to the office regularly
