This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee, WI for an Automotive Sales Consultant at Ewald Automotive Group. The role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding customer preferences, maintaining product knowledge of available inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating dealership promotions and ensuring a smooth car-buying experience for every customer.

• Excellent communication and consulting skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales goals and deadlines.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in sales or automotive fields is beneficial.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
