Vector Marketing is currently interviewing for part‑time sales positions with an option to work more. Our representatives interact with customers selling American‑made Cutco products, setting appointments, giving engaging presentations, and entering orders online. There is a competitive starting base pay (not based on results) with an opportunity to earn more on commissions, paid weekly.

Reps are paid weekly – either the base pay or commission, whichever is higher that week. Base pay is $25.00 per appointment, not tied to sales volume. The commission structure rewards performance, not tenure, providing a fallback for those with an off week.

We provide solid training that has been used for over 40 years to help you succeed. Even if you choose not to stay long‑term, the sales, networking and communication skills you acquire will benefit any future career.

We help our reps create a schedule that works for them. Some work as many hours as possible, some during winter break, and others as semi‑part‑time along with full‑time jobs, colleges, families, or vacations.

After training, reps work locally. Meetings and training sessions are held at the office.

Reps who remain have opportunities to progress along various paths, including management and career sales professional roles.

People with experience in administrative, retail, fast‑food, cashier, receptionist, office work, serving, landscaping or any other field have performed well, as have those with no prior experience.
