We are now hiring Entry‑Level Marketing & Sales Associates for our Milwaukee location! We're looking for self‑motivated individuals who are eager to learn, develop leadership skills, and grow into future Marketing and Sales Managers.

True Vision Growth Enterprise partners with well‑known national clients and launches tailored marketing and retail sales campaigns to help them expand their footprint. Our trained team has the skill to roll out new products and services quickly and effectively.

• Engage in daily face‑to‑face sales interactions with customers inside retail partner locations.
• Build strong brand awareness and promote top telecommunications products and services.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Help identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions and services.
• Participate in promotional retail events to increase product visibility and drive sales.
• Develop positive relationships with partnered retailers and represent client brands with professionalism.
• Train, lead, and support team members as you grow into a leadership role.

• Proven ability to meet goals or performance standards
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
• 0–2 years of marketing, retail, or sales experience
