The Mission:
What You'll Achieve:

  • Hunt & Close New Business:

    You will be the engine of growth. Your primary focus will be identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with restaurants, schools, hospitality groups, and other institutions in your territory.
  • Build an Unbeatable Portfolio:

    Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for everything from kitchen design and equipment solutions to barware and supplies.
  • Command the Full Sales Cycle:

    From proactive lead generation and on-site needs analysis to hands-on product demonstrations and closing multi-year contracts, you will own the entire process.
  • Be the Quarterback of the Deal:

    Collaborate with our world-class internal design, installation, and service teams to deliver a seamless, unrivaled experience for your clients.

The Profile:
What an A-Player Looks Like:

  • A Proven Hunter (2+ years B2B):

    You have a documented history of exceeding sales quotas in an outside sales role. You are energized by the pursuit of new business and know how to build a pipeline from the ground up.
  • Mechanically Savvy & Hands-On:

    You have a natural curiosity for how things work. You’re comfortable learning the technical details of commercial equipment and confident demonstrating its value.
  • A Consultant at Heart:

    You build loyalty by listening intently, asking smart questions, and solving problems, not just pushing products.
  • Relentlessly Driven & Organized:

    You are a self-starter who knows how to manage your time, prioritize high-value activities, and uses a CRM (like Salesforce) to keep your pipeline pristine.
