Your Role

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to represent cutting-edge security technologies—such as Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems—and make a meaningful impact on the safety and success of our clients.

You’ll be the face of ATS, building lasting relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing for our full suite of electronic security systems.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in security solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight value and ROI.
  • Manage your own schedule to maximize client engagement and sales productivity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position ATS as the preferred provider.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.
  • Represent ATS at trade shows and networking events, expanding your reach and influence.
What You Bring
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in security systems or technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Alarm Systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
