Brainard-Nielsen Marketing (), an established and respected manufacturers’ rep firm selling electronic components to manufacturers in Illinois and Wisconsin, is growing and has a new position for an Inside Sales Representative in Wisconsin. This responsibility will center on sales, customer and principal engagement, and assist with data management. This role requires the individual to be in person in our Milwaukee, WI office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales, Customer and Principal Engagement
- Respond to requests for quotations to corporate distribution
- Submit customer quote and sample requests to principals
- Answer requests for Lead Times and Product Availability
- Provide Customer Support in prompt, timely fashion
- Assist with lead follow up
- Assist with marketing activities
- Engage with Channel/Distribution
Data Management
- Sales Reporting and Reconciliation
- Create and maintain Power BI templates so data is collected and provided in a format the sales team can easily interpret and action.
- Prepare data for weekly review meetings including customer up/down accounts and opportunity funnel.
- Draft presentations for BNM company meetings as well as principal and distributor QBRs using Power BI visuals and Repfabric data.
- Collaborate with BNM Management to determine areas of improvement with data.
- Work with principal CRMs, such as Salesforce to input and maintain data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Ability for overnight travel as necessary
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and be a team player
- Experience with CRMs, Power BI and additional Microsoft programs
- Outstanding oral, written, and organizational skills
