Sales Associate (Milwaukee, WI or Minneapolis, MN)

Join Baxter International Inc. as a Sales Associate in the Milwaukee or Minneapolis region.

As an on‑premises Sales Associate, you will showcase Baxter’s portfolio of medical devices to healthcare professionals, build trust, and contribute to rental revenue. You’ll train customers on product optimization and provide service‑support input to cross‑functional teams.

• Work directly with the sales team and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in delivery/implementation planning, including customer meetings, conference calls and training sessions.
• Use Salesforce to generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quotas set by the corporation.
• Lead generation, conduct negotiations and close sales.

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (weekends may be required).
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
• Highly motivated, driven, curious, resilient, dedicated and integrity‑focused.
• Ability to implement strategy and complete tasks.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Home base:
Milwaukee, WI or Minneapolis, MN. Travel up to 75% of the time.

Estimated annual base salary: $60,000–$65,000. Additional sales incentive compensation depends on performance.
