Direct Drive Logistics is looking to hire Inside Transportation Sales Professionals for our Milwaukee, WI office.

$50,000.00/hr - $/hr

• Grow revenue and relationships with new customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Utilize inside sales knowledge and work with inside reps
• Learn and sell all modes of services in the company portfolio
• Get Quotes for formal and spot bids
• Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues
• Communicate customer problems to management
• Share experiences and best practices with the team to ensure success
• Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes
• Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
• Provide documented activity reports via CRM of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Excellent phone selling and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced setting
• Sales experience is an absolute MUST! Bonus if in 3PL sales
