The RoleWe’re looking for an Inside Sales & Showroom Manager to join our growing team in New Berlin. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role ideal for someone with entry to mid‑level sales experience who wants to grow their career in sales, marketing, and account management.
What You’ll Do- Manage inbound sales leads via phone, email, website, and walk‑in showroom traffic
- Guide customers through furniture solutions, pricing, and purchase decisions
- Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
- Support outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow‑ups
- Help manage and merchandise the showroom/retail floor
- Assist with social media, promotions, and basic marketing initiatives
- Track leads, quotes, and sales activity using internal systems/CRM
- Collaborate with the operations and leadership team to hit sales goals
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, not required)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus, not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
