The Role

We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Showroom Manager to join our growing team in New Berlin. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role ideal for someone with entry to mid‑level sales experience who wants to grow their career in sales, marketing, and account management.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage inbound sales leads via phone, email, website, and walk‑in showroom traffic
  • Guide customers through furniture solutions, pricing, and purchase decisions
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
  • Support outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow‑ups
  • Help manage and merchandise the showroom/retail floor
  • Assist with social media, promotions, and basic marketing initiatives
  • Track leads, quotes, and sales activity using internal systems/CRM
  • Collaborate with the operations and leadership team to hit sales goals
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, not required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus, not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
