Truck Sales Representative - West Bend​/Sheboygan, WI Sales Territory

The Truck Sales Representative is responsible for selling new and used Medium and Heavy-duty trucks in accordance with the dealership market share objectives.

This position is responsible for sales within the territory spanning West Bend, WI to Sheboygan, WI.

The wage range is $85,0000 - $110,000 with a guaranteed commission for the first year.

• Engage with customers to understand their unique trucking needs and recommend suitable products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide expert advice.

• Proven experience in truck sales or a related sales role within the automotive or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel as needed within the assigned sales territory.
