Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Track sales metrics and report on pipeline activity and performance.

Qualifications:

• Must have a proven experience in construction sales/ business development in the Milwaukee area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with the Wisconsin construction market is a plus.
