Business Development Representative - Media Team

Stamm Media, a Milwaukee-based AV rental and production company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in promoting our suite of high-impact, brandable games designed exclusively for trade shows and live events. Our popular games, such as Multiplayer Trivia, Bags (Cornhole), Digital Prize Wheel, and Golf Invitational, offer interactive and engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with prospects using our proven strategies and tools, showcasing the value of our innovative AV rental and production services.

• Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understanding their unique event requirements.

• Collaborate closely with our experienced sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and opportunities in our CRM system.

• Proactively identify and research potential customers or clients within the trade show and corporate meeting sectors, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge and network.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our AV rental and production services.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth in the AV industry.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and opportunities effectively.
