What You Will Do
  • Lead the high‑intensity, commitment‑driven sale of Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet our customers’ needs.
  • Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert, working with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Live your work by feeding off the extreme demands of Foot & Ankle and the lives impacted, rather than counting hours.
  • Organise materials and sort possible solutions quickly during operating‑room consultations.
  • Maintain inventory of products and assist a customer whenever the need arises.
  • Leverage knowledge of competitors’ offerings to build credibility with surgeons.
  • Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
  • Drive in the fast lane and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are improving healthcare.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two) is required.
What We Would Love That You Have (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and knowledge of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas.
  • Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
  • Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.
  • Adherence to compliance and ethical principles, maintaining privacy and confidentiality, and meeting all applicable laws and regulations.
