At Top Floor, the relationships we build with our clients are our top priority. The Digital Account Manager is a personable, confident, enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for customer service and who can coordinate team members to ensure we are meeting our clients' needs. In addition, the Digital Account Manager is expected to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and offer assistance in the areas of website content management, web analytics, web hosting, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs.
• Develop and cultivate a strong, consultative, trusting relationship with each client.
• Manage workflow within multiple accounts and team structures.
• Organize and plan workflow with internal team members to deliver the client's needs in an appropriate timeframe and budget.
• Work together with clients and internal team members to discuss account progress and brainstorm new ways to grow the account.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's company service offerings, and be able to communicate their attributes and values.
• Become proficient with a variety of software tools and platforms (as needed), including Pipedrive, Basecamp, Wrike, Word Press, etc.
• Actively pursue sales opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses, objectives, and budgets.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, technical, marketing, sales, media/creative agency, or computer-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proactive, relationship-based selling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, monitor monthly budgets, and adhere to timelines.
• Ability to promote teamwork with developers, designers, and marketing specialists to efficiently work toward our client goals.
• Understand the client's concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.
• An aptitude for web technology.
• Proficient using G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Represents Top Floor's values of: collaboration, enthusiasm, motivation, learning, integrity, community, inclusion, and ownership

Valued Additions:

• Experience with:
  Website design, usability, SEO, PPC, Social Media, email marketing, HTML, CMS (Drupal, and Word Press), analytics, server/hosting.
• Background in: IT Operations and Support, Project Management, Marketing Communications, Customer Service, Sales.
