• Connect with customers and identify their wants and needs
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Present vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Follow up with leads and previous customers
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
• Deliver a professional, high-energy customer experience

• Has previous sales experience
• Has a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Knows how to build rapport and relationships
• Is comfortable asking for the sale and closing business
• Is competitive
• Takes ownership of individual performance
• Is coachable and always looking to improve
• Brings energy and a positive attitude to work
• Communicates professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
