The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Daily activities include greeting and qualifying customers, assessing their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and explaining features, pricing, and financing alternatives. The role involves preparing and processing sales paperwork, coordinating test drives, and following up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

The Sales Consultant also collaborates with finance and service teams, maintains product knowledge on inventory and incentives, and upholds dealership standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interactions in person, by phone, and in writing.

• Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior automotive sales or retail sales experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
