products,installationequipmentfunctionswiththefabricators,contractmanufacturersanddistributorswithinregionofresponsibility. Interactandowntherelationshipatthekeyfabricators,with management,engineering,andproductiontopromoteanddesignPEMproductsintosuitableapplications.

WHATYOUWILLDO:
- Engagewithexistingcustomers,distributors,respondingtoleadsandseekingoutnewpotentialcustomers.
- Maintaingoodrelationshipsbetweenourdistributorsandfabricationcustomerswithintheregionvia,visits,sales calls,andjointmeetingstopromotethePEMproductlines.
- WorkwithOEMaccountsandfabricatorstodesigninandsupportPEMhardwareinstallation.
- Facilitatetechnicaltrainingtoupdatethedistribution/fabricators/designcentersofnewproductsandPEMfastenerhardwareuses.
- Identifyandtargetareasofopportunitytosupportcustomerneedsandoverallgrowthoftheregion.
- Assistmanufacturerswithselectingthebestfastenerdesignandusefortheirapplication.
- Mustbecomfortableworkingwithfabricatorsandengagingatalllevelsoftheirworkforceincludingengineering,management,and production.
- Maintainopportunityandaccountplansin
SalesforceCRMtoolwithweeklyupdatesandopportunitytrackingtools.
Additional Duties:
- Collaboratewiththesalesteamdetailingactivitiesandopportunitieswithinagivenregion.
- Participateinweekly/monthly/quarterlysalesmeetingsprovidingfeedbackontheregionperformanceandvoiceofcustomers.
- Natureofthepositionrequiresalargeportionoftimetobespentatthecustomerwithintheregiondesigningfastenersintoapplications,supportinginstallationneeds,ensuringfabricatorsarefullysupportedwhenusingPEMproducts.
- Travelthroughouttheregiononanongoingbasiswithovernighttravelasrequired.
WHATWEARELOOKINGFOR:
- BSinBusiness/Engineeringorminimum5years’experienceinsimilarcapacity
- Excellentcustomerserviceandproblem-solvingskillstobestsupportourcustomers,positiveattitudeworkingtowardssolutions
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsincludingdevelopinganddeliveringpresentations
- Proficient with Microsoftofficewithabilitytodevelopandanalyzedata/reports
- Familiarwithsheetmetalfabricationandmanufacturingprocesses,capabilities,and equipment.(presses,lasers,etc.)
- Experienceworkingwithsheetmetalfabricatorsand/orfastenerbackgroundisaplus
- Canworkwithminimalsupervision,self-motivated,organizedandprioritizeworkload,cancollaboratewithvariousteamsworkingtowardssharedinitiatives
- Abilitytotravelbybothairandcaronaregularbasis
