The Sports Cards Livestream Breaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Milwaukee. This role is responsible for hosting engaging live stream “breaks” of sports card products, opening boxes and packs on camera, showcasing hits, and interacting with viewers in real time across multiple platforms. Daily tasks include setting up and organizing inventory for breaks, preparing and labeling orders, ensuring accurate sorting and shipping of cards, and maintaining a professional, energetic on-camera presence.

The Livestream Breaker will answer customer questions, promote products and upcoming breaks, and support in-store sales and events when not live. The role also involves basic content planning, tracking break schedules, and collaborating with the team to improve customer experience and grow the online community.

• Strong communication skills, including clear on-camera presentation and ability to engage live audiences.
• Sports knowledge and enthusiasm, especially familiarity with football and other major sports, to discuss players, teams, and card values confidently.
• Sales skills, with experience or comfort in promoting products, upselling, and closing customer purchases in a retail or online setting.
• Coaching or sports coaching experience, or similar background in leading groups or guiding others, helpful for explaining break formats and educating new collectors.
• Attention to detail in sorting, labeling, and handling cards to protect condition and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Comfort with basic technology, streaming platforms, point-of-sale systems, and social media tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings or weekends as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in sports cards, collectibles, hobby retail, or live streaming is a plus, but passionate, quick learners are encouraged to apply.
