Territory Manager — Smallwares & Tabletop Sales

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify key end-user targets and cultivate business through dealer relationships
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
• Coordinate manufacturer joint calls and territory visits
• Schedule regular dealer appointments to review product needs
• Keep customers informed of product changes and new introductions
• Participate in regional and national trade shows
• Maintain CRM accuracy and organize the assigned Zink Culinary Center showroom
• Collaborate with sales and support teams for customer satisfaction

• Proficient phone, email, and in-person communication
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn new programs
• Presentation abilities and efficient time management
• Desire for continuous professional growth
• Prior sales experience required; food service industry experience preferred
