Business Development Representative

Description Zywave's Business Development Representatives do more than schedule meetings. You will learn how to engage business leaders across the insurance industry, uncover their challenges, and turn those conversations into sales opportunities. You will work alongside experienced sales leaders, get ongoing coaching, and build hands-on experience with modern sales technology. A defined career path leads toward Account Executive opportunities.

What You Will Do Engage business decision-makers through inbound and outbound prospecting.

Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and identify sales opportunities.

Partner with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline.

Use Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools to manage opportunities and improve your performance.

Build skills in consultative selling, prospecting, and business communication through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.

Take ownership of your results while continuing to develop your sales skills.

Previous sales experience (preferred)
